Vikki has 30 years of experience in the public sector, particularly in the welfare and social services space. She previously worked for the Department of Human Services and the Department of Social Services. She is an excellent communicator and quickly establishes meaningful working relationships with clients and the community.

Since joining The Social Deck 4 years ago, Vikki has developed a passion for accessible communication and specialises in plain English communications and editorial work. She has trained in both plain language and easy English and is a member of PLAIN - the Plain Language Association International.

Vikki also specialises in engaging and consulting with First Nations peoples on issues impacting them and their communities. As a proud Aboriginal woman, she carries cultural sensitivity and social awareness through her work.
